The Process:
At Sum Agency I work with companies that at launching or pivot milestones. Value propositions don't just feed product strategy, but feed branding and marketing as well. I lead developers and designers though client development work that lays the foundation for brand and marketing success, focusing on the end-to-end journey from awareness to loyalty.
Product management across 5 different applications in the Faeth Ecosystem with varying levels of health and FDA trial regulations. Balancing best-in-class existing integrations with custom features, we created an ecosystem of products that supported novel clinical research.
Contracted to design the first direction of the ecommerce subscription product, I moved from initative to initiative after launch while the company went through the first 3 rounds of funding.
Transferred by request from mySugr to Roche/Accu-chek to align product marketing and product strategy for DTC digital products and ecommerce in the North American market.
As the Program Strategy Lead I created the product marketing and product strategy for DTC products in the US (aka the largest must-win market).
Leading the creative direction of the Mountain Bike and Lifestyle categories, I was responsible for branding, asset creation (30+ photoshoots a year), seasonal copywriting, marketing materials, and category ecommerce pages.
